Anand NVH heralds an era of definitive change through its finest manufacturing setup, avant-garde technology and production system driven through LEAN practices. Its production facilities, spread over 3,30,000 sqft of area, are capable of effectively serving the demanding standards of global OEMs.

Rubber Compounding

Anand NVH’s compounding division has a rubber compounding capacity of over 15 tons/day. The intermix, deploying latest SCADA system, can handle over 150 recipes of rubber compounds. The division maintains an in-house extensive library of compound recipes suitable for NVH applications based on different Polymers.

The division is also equipped with automatic weighing systems with facilities for Auto feeding of Rubber, Carbon, Oils, Fine chemicals etc along with in-built mistake proofing software. SCADA based recipe management system, gives us capability of energy based mixing and at the same time control of variables like Time, Temperature and Pressure resulting in consistent compound preparation.

Metal Preparation

For treatment of metal surface and metal adhesion preparation according to exact specifications, the company has advanced Ultrasonic Environment friendly degreasing unit along with contemporary facilities for air blasting, shot blasting and sand blasting.

For surface treatment, the facility has 14 station PLC controlled, state of the art Automated 11 Tank Phosphatising and Metal Treatment line equipped to handle Phosphatisation of Metals and Chromatisation of Aluminum Parts. Automatic Rotary conveyors with Auto Spray system further supplement this for consistent Adhesive Application.

Moulding

The Moulding division has state of the art Desma range of Injection moulding machines with capacities ranging from 250 Tons to 450 Tons for moulding of various types of compounds. The facility also deploys Transfer Moulding presses & Compression Moulding presses along with Silicone compound Injection moulding machines with capacity ranging up to 250 Tons. The division has also installed a Vaqua Blast Machine for Mould Cleaning.

Tool Room

Anand NVH is a self-sufficient entity. The prime reason that it delivers optimal quality products is its strict control on all subsidiary processes as well. It has setup a modern tool room assisting in preparation of cavities and moulds.

The tool room is equipped with latest Vertical Milling Centres and EDMs. For testing of moulds, it has advanced setup of profile projectors, 3D CMM, Metallurgical Microscopes and Roughness testers.
