Every product goes through a series of checks before being approved for the final quality tests. In case, the components are bought out, 100% validation checks are conducted before any insertions in the manufacturing process. The company has installed modern machinery for quality assurance of incoming material. The Co-ordinate Measuring machine and GO-NO GO Sets of Gauges and Fixtures have been installed for this purpose. This is followed by rubber compound testing, batch testing and final product testing.
Anand NVH follows a stringent Product Validation process wherein the Lab is equipped with the latest state-of-the-art analysis equipment and software for both Material and product testing.
Equipped with a host of advanced apparatus for performance, physical and resistance tests, the QA division at Anand NVH ensures 100% product performance and optimal quality. Only approved and validated products are further sent as Ready for Dispatch items.
